For Years I have watched over the career of Jimmy Zane. From the early days of the original NCW when he was trying to follow in his fathers footsteps all the way up until he finally cracked at New Championship Wrestling.
When I heard he was coming back, I was legitimately worried. He has been through so much in his career and in his life that I honestly don't think his mind can bear it. I think he and this new guy Cyrus Black are playing with fire, and when it blows up, it will be his mind that pays the price.
I don't know much about Cyrus Black other than what I have read online. I have never met him personally, but something about him doesn't sit right with me. I have so many questions...
How did he come into Jimmy's life?
What did he say and do to become his manager and handler in life?
What's in it for him?
I doubt that Jimmy has the wherewithall to think about any of this. I doubt he even understands what the hell is going on most of the time. The last time I was around him, he could barely function in a normal social setting, let alone be prepared to wrestle. I don't know what this guy has up his sleeve, but I think it's a bad idea for Jimmy to be wrestling.
If I am wrong, then good for Jimmy.
If I am right, who is going to be there to pick up the pieces?
So many questions that can only be answered in time.

Jimmy is 0-2 in IWF thus far...
Not exactly the ideal start to this comeback. I fear that Jimmy is having more of an inner struggle than I had originally thought. It seems as though the beast inside can't get out for long enough to develop a killer instinct in the ring. I don't know what to do to make that happen on a regular basis. I have been given these medications by his doctor that have been tested to do just that, but I worry that we will lose control of him entirely if we use them. So for now, I will keep them to myself.
With a huge match at Metamorphosis coming up, he needs to be at his best. Of course, the only question is how to get him there. I will continue to search for ways to make that happen and also do whats best for Jimmy.
His anxiety is at an all time high right now. I think he feels the pressure of performing more than in previous years. He understands that the contract he signed requires a ton of effort and work. He knows that with the money they are paying him, he is required to show up for anything and everything they tell him to do. At this point, I think we can definitely say that he is putting just as much pressure on himself. I just hope that he doesn't snap the other way.
On a positive note, Jimmy is so intent on fighting himself that he doesn't suspect anything, and I will continue to insure that is the case.
We shall see. Until then, I will continue to update you on his information and status as we move forward.
