Fiona...Fiona...Fiona…
The scene opens up and we see ME...your Diamonds Champion, sitting on a set of steps with the championship draped over my shoulder...a place it will be for a long...LONG time. I’m shaking my head in dismay at the shenanigans of the Irish Lass from Texas...as if that wasn’t enough of a conundrum. I can’t believe this idea that she has about herself.
So...you dump some sticky, disgusting green goo on me and my sister, ruining a couple six hundred dollar dresses, and I guess in the year 2017 that’s all you have to do to get inside of someone’s head right?
I point into the camera.
Well...that’s your logic isn’t it?
Unfortunately for you, you scrambled brained idiot, in the real world, things aren’t as random as you’d apparently love them to be. In the real world, the woman with the championship over her shoulder...that would be me...is the one who holds all the cards and no matter how much you want this fantasy of you actually getting better to be true...it isn’t.
I throw my hand in the air, palm up, a look of disgust on my face.
I mean come on now. What exactly have you done since dumping that nasty, disgusting crap on us?
She sits there with her chin cupped in her hand between her index finger and thumb. She looks around for a moment, clearly thinking of the right answer before turning to the camera with a look of shock on her face.
Oh...My...God!
You’ve done the exact same thing you’ve managed to do for your entire career...LOSE!
I point into the camera.
You tapped out to my sister, leading to the genius idea I had of the stipulations for our match, and then...THEEEEEENNNN you lose to a newbie in Gabriela Luna!
I look totally confused and I’m about to tell you why.
I mean, after all of that, I’m wondering how the hell you even deserve a match against the true Queen of Diamonds. What makes you believe you should even be in the same ring with me? I’ll tell you the answer little Fifi…
I look off for a moment before a huge grin forms on my face.
The answer...YOU...DON’T!
With each bullet point I add a little more emphasis with a finger point into the camera.
You DON’T belong in that ring with me. You’re not on my level, and I hate to break your stupid little heart…
I look away again.
Okay, okay...no...I don’t. Fiona, you’re not on my level. You’re more on the level of a Crystal Millar, or a Kate Steele, you know, the girl who comes in here and talks...too much, only to have her teeth smacked out of her mouth by someone who is simply put...BETTER!.
I slide the Diamonds Title down my arm and hold it in front of me.
Fiona...you’ve had chance after chance after chance to do something with your life...your career. You’ve had shots at Ruby Championships, at Diamonds Championships, at Shieldmaidens, and now again at the Diamonds Championship...and you’ve failed...each and every time.
I point to myself.
And what about me!?
I nod in sarcastic submission.
Okay, fine, I was in the match for the Inaugural Shieldmaiden and didn’t win...but after that!? I had a shot to take the Shieldmaiden...and did. Sure..you won the Iron Maiden Match...but you did NOTHING with that opportunity just like all of the rest.
What did I do with my Shieldmaiden reign?
I MADE IT THE LONGEST AND MOST INFLUENTIAL...EEEEEVER!
I then parlayed that into the very championship in my lap right now!
I did something that Eternity hasn’t done. I did something Ana Valentine couldn’t do. I did something that only one other woman has done in this company...I beat Jessica Reed.
I beat the first ever IWF Female Hall of Famer.
I’ve done things that you can only DREAM of doing, and I know that just pisses you off inside. It makes you want to break out of that little nice girl shell and just cuss up a storm until you go blue in the face...and if that’s what you have to do...more power to you...it won’t help you.
I stand from the steps and reposition the title over my shoulder.
Fiona, it all boils down to trends. In this profession, in your career specifically...you’re a loser. In my life, especially in MY career...I’m a winner. When you take a winner...a champion, and put her in the ring with a LOSER...the equation is quite simple…
The winner WINS...and the loser...well...much like the rest of your career...nobody will care enough to remember. I’ll see you at Metamorphosis, and I’ll treat you just like my sister did a couple of weeks ago...you’ll tap...tap...tap...over and over again.
I blow a kiss to the camera and walk off.

DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER…
The setting was Diamonds Are Forever. I heard Alison Valance’s voice…
Alison Valance: Here is your winner...and NEEEEEEW IWF DIAMONDS CHAMPION...PAAAAAAIGE GARCIAAAAA!
My eyes lit up when I heard my name. My sister rushed the ring from the ramp as the referee headed my way with the Diamonds Championship. He handed it to me as my sister collapsed around me in an embrace. I could feel the emotion welling up in my eyes until I grabbed hold of the title. My sister and I stared into the centerplate before I victoriously held it high above my head. The crowd was booing and I didn’t give a damn, because pardon the pun...the entire situation...was ALL...ABOUT...ME!
Everything I’ve ever wanted since I was a little girl, all the training, all the blood, the sweat, the tears, they were all worth it for this very moment and that was quite evident by the tears that flowed down my face as the Diamonds Are Forever Logo appeared and we went off the air. I celebrated a little bit longer before my sister and I decided to head to the back.
We uttered a couple of words to each other before we got to the top of the stage where I held the title up one more time as the crowd boos. We then disappeared through the curtain, taking a few steps down into the backstage area. We got near a production crate and I couldn’t help but stop and lean over it, resting my forehead on the centerplate of MY Diamonds Championship as the tears flowed down my face. I could feel my sister’s hand rubbing my back before turning me around and looking into my eyes, my makeup being ruined by the tears.
Sara Garcia: You did it!
A huge smile formed on her face and mine as I nodded up and down before falling into her with an embrace.
Paige Garcia: I did! Thank...thank you so much for being there with me every step of the way.
Sara Garcia: Always girly...always.
She hugged me again before letting me turn around to enjoy the prize I had just won. She stood next to me as we admired it in all of it’s glory.
PRESENT DAY
The scene opens up in my house. The Diamonds Championship is sitting on my coffee table in the center of my living room, and I’m sitting on the floor, my chin resting on my knuckles, simply staring at the championship in front of me.
That belt, the maroon strap, the shiny gold plates...they represent the achievement of everything I’ve ever dreamed of since I was a little girl watching the greats on television perfect their craft.
I shook my head.
Paige Garcia: This is unbelievable.
For years, I worked my ass off to obtain the status of which I possess today, every single moment of my life meaning just a little bit more. I trained while other mocked my passion. I would be the first one in the gym and the last one out, and that’s finally paid off.
Not only that, but it did so in a manner in which I couldn’t even believe it would have happened.
I take the title off the table as I sit up on the couch with the belt lying in my lap. A smile crossed my face as I remembered the finish of that match.
I defeated the most revered woman in the Diamonds Division. As I trained, I watched the likes of Jessica Reed, Eternity, Alexis Caffrey, and Amber Richards ply their craft, and show the world why this division is as great as it is known to be. I knew I wanted to be a part of that. I knew I wanted to rule that...and now...I do.
Paige Garcia: This is mine...and there’s not a chance in hell that anyone is taking this from me for a very...VERY long time.
I clutched the belt to my chest as I sit back in the cushion of the couch, a huge smile gracing my face.
The pursuit of a championship was over, but the journey itself has only just begun.
I was no longer the hunter, but the hunted. I needed to use my cunning, my wit, and my passion to outmaneuver the competition...I need to simply...SURVIVE!
The prequel, the lead up, challenging the queen of the IWF and dethroning her is over, and now it is time for my reign...not just as Diamonds Champion...but as the undisputed Queen of Diamonds.
I clutched the belt as tight as possible as I looked up at the ceiling, a shutter going up my back as I can’t imagine what’s next...but I do know...I’m going to enjoy the ride.

The scene opens up to me, lying on a chair in what looks to be an indoor pool, and the fact that I’m relaxing in a black bikini would lead you to believe that just a bit more. There’s a smile on my face as I readjust the Diamonds Title on my lap. I pull my hair back around my head, allowing to drape down over my left shoulder with grace.
Fiona...I want you to try and imagine something, and judging by the fact that you show us day in and day out just how much you live in fantasy...this shouldn’t be a problem to at least imagine. Take the best thing that’s ever happened to you. In fact...take the moment you laid eyes on Jack Gaither...the moment you realized he was “the one”. You felt joy, you felt all warm and fuzzy inside...you felt magic.
I hold up both hands, all fingers and my thumbs extended.
Take that feeling...as gross as it is for the rest of us...and multiply ten times over.
I wave my hands in a “forget it” manner.
Scratch that...multiply it by one hundred and you’ll still only feel about one percent of what I felt when I won this gorgeous championship in my lap.
I rub the center of the belt with my forearm, kissing my fingers before laying them gently on MY championship. I then take a moment to think before swinging my legs over the side of my chair and pushing up into a standing position.
I get it Fiona...you’re a dreamer...I was there once. You know...when I was ten years old. Now? As an adult...I put one foot forward and set goals for myself in life. In the year 2016, I set goals to be the best damn female wrestler in this company, and this industry as a whole. I won the Shieldmaiden and that win, and the reign that followed, already eclipsed what you did in the same year.
BUT!
I went and topped it all off winning the Diamonds Championship.
I point to myself.
I came into this year with a hell of a lot of momentum. I’m riding a high that is so unexplainable that I for once am at a loss for words.
It’s the bliss you dream of, it’s what you’ve wanted for the longest time. It’s what’s been out of your reach, and will continue to be so even after Metamorphosis.
I stand there for a minute and think of that word...Metamorphosis.
Metamorphosis means change, and there’s not a single person on this roster who has exemplified that word more than ME!
I went from being a simple sidekick at the beginning of the year, to the most dominant woman there is on the roster.
I point into the camera.
For you to think you have the will, the desire, the passion to end something I’ve dreamed of since I was a little girl truly means that you’re as weak minded as the rest say you are.
Take a look at reality Fiona. Take a look at the PRESENT of this industry, and the future for a long time to come. I AM Paige Garcia! I represent the biggest brand going in the Imperial Wrestling Federation. I represent the true role model that EVERY little girl should aspire to be, and as much as that eats you up inside...it is indeed...THE TRUTH!
I pulled my title off my shoulder and held it high in the air.
This is the pose that people need to get used to. This is the present and future.
THIS is your Diamonds Champion...and I plan on being so for a long...long...time.
Again I blow a kiss and again I walk off camera.
