{Backstage, IWF fan favorite, El GrandĆ© Malo bounces down the hallway waving to the various staff he passes along the way. He comes to a stop in front of a door clearly marked with the House of Howlett logo. While this sign would all but stop anyone from knocking, Malo, undeterred, opens the door while knocking simultaneously.}El Grande Malo: Hola? Is you in here, amigo, Zas ā¦
{Malo trails off as the camera rounds him to show the interior of the locker room, which is empty save for one individual who is standing beside a locker with her phone in hand. She looks up from the screen and one wouldnāt be surprised to have seen fire reflected in them}El Grande Malo: Hola, seƱoritta ā I is just ā¦
{The matriarch of the House holds up her hand, palm turned to Malo, instantly silencing him while she finishes tapping away at her phone with her other hand. Malo stands there for what must have been minutes, but felt like hours as he silently watched Laura and not making a sound. Ms. Howlett finishes her task and tucks her phone away, her eyes catching the slight movement in front of her.}Laura Howlett: Are you still here?
{Malo opens his mouth to reply but Laura dismisses him with a flip of her hair before sitting down in one of the empty folding chairs.}Laura Howlett: Zasshu isnāt here; he is out preparing for his match tonight ā unlike, some people.
{She sneers and looks at Malo with an eye roll}El Grande Malo: Well, Malo, he is just wanting to talk to mi amigo about our match you is setting up for us next week. Has you found us the opponents?
{Laura looks as though she canāt seem to make out whether Malo is being serious or not, but from the smile on his face she can only assume the prior.}Laura Howlett: Your match next week is WITH Zasshu ā
{Malo nods his head}El Grande Malo: Ā”Si, si!
Laura Howlett: And it would behoove you to watch his match this week carefully. Iāve instructed my client to injure someone tonight, to send a message that next week ā¦
{She smiles, though thereās no warmth behind it}Laura Howlett: ā¦ next week it will be so much worse.
{She almost purrs these words, but quickly sees that they havenāt had the desired affect on the man standing in front of her. Instead of fear being etched across his face, Malo continues to smile, nodding like a bobblehead}El Grande Malo: I is already feeling sorry for those guys next week. Please tell me amigo that I is stopping by and I says āgood luckā!

TRIPLE THREAT MATCH
Gonzo Murdock vs Ryan Shane vs Zasshu
----------------------------------------------------------
{"No Rest For The Wicked" by Cage The Elephant begins to play, as Gonzo walks out from behind the curtain down the ramp to a polarizing reception. His die-hard fans will cheer him, his offended fans will boo him, and the rest will fill in as appropriate for the time.As he walks to the ring, he looks into the camera and rubs his fingers and thumb together, indicating he wants MONEY, before he slides underneath the bottom ropes and gets to his feet.}Alison Valance: Entering the ring at this time, from A Van Down By The River and weighing in at 232 pounds, Gonzo Murdock!!!
Terri Morasco: Gonzo Murdock, a man that has been in and out of professional wrestling for the last several years, is making his debut here tonight at Lafayette in Imperial Wrestling Federation. Your thoughts?
Vasco Dias: I honestly don't know what to think of him, yet. I get that he's desperate and needs money, but just how far is he willing to go is what interests me. Maybe he'll show me something worthwhile tonight. If not, the world can always use another dishwasher.
{"Victim" by Eighteen Visions begins to play throughout the arena. The entrance ramp is dimly lit as the figure of Ryan Shane makes his way out from behind the curtain. Pyro goes off as Shane makes his way to the ring as the fans erupt in a mixture if cheers and boos. As he gets to the ring he hops onto the apron and enters. Once in the ring and then stands he raises his hands high to the continued mixed reaction of the crowd.}Alison Valance: His opponent, from Allen Park, Michigan and weighing in at 210 pounds. He is a former Man of Steel Champion... Ryan Shane!!!
Vasco Dias: Speaking of dishwashers, the last time we saw this slug, he was getting his brains kicked in and sent packing! Why did he have to come back?
Terri Morasco: Ryan Shane is attempting a return to competition here after such a promising start here in the IWF. And against the man he relieved of that Man of Steel Title that is currently around Zasshu's stablemate Spike Kaneās waist, though for how long...
Vasco Dias: That title ain't going anywhere tonight! End of story!
{ The arena lights dim to a low hue as a golden spot light shines on the stage, the opening to Trivium's "Villainy Thrives" begins to play as the golden light strobes to the piano. Once the song kicks into gear Zasshu comes exploding out from the stage with a burst of pyro and to boos from the crowd. He lands in a crouched position and looks all around before standing up and holding his fists up over his head. Laura Howlett marches out from the back and walks beside Zasshu as they head toward the ring. Zasshu sprints ahead of her and springs off a trampoline over the top rope and front flipping before landing on his feet. From there he runs to the ropes and leaps onto the second rope in the corner and holds his fists up again over his head as Laura Howlett claps from the outside. }Alison Valance: The final competitor, being accompanied to the ring by Laura Howlett, makes his way to the ring from Mexico City! Weighing in at 190 pounds, he is Zasshu!!!
Terri Morasco: Zasshu arrives to the ring, himself a former Man of Steel Champion, along with an Invictus title reign to his list of IWF accomplishments, though most of the credit probably belongs to that lady down by ringside.
Vasco Dias: Howlett knows talent when she sees it. Don't sell this man short, considering he'll do what it takes to win.
Terri Morasco: You mean cheat?
Vasco Dias: If you aren't cheating, you aren't trying to win hard enough.
{The bell sounds, as both Ryan Shane and Zasshu attack and drive Gonzo into a corner! Both men then use team tactics to whip him across the ring before executing a double vertical suplex on him in the middle of the ring. Ryan Shane then goes for a pinfall attempt, which is broken up immediately by Zasshu before the referee could even register a count.}Terri Morasco: And the teamwork doesn't last very long, as now Zasshu is twisting the arm of Shane and going to the ropes...
{Gonzo rolls out of the ring, as Ryan Shane yanks Zasshu off the turnbuckles, as he crashes and burns in the middle of the ring. Ryan Shane then picks up Zasshu and performs an Air Shane on him, before dropping him in the middle of the ring. He stumbles in the ring, a bit off-balance from the spinning maneuver, but manages to grab Zasshu and place him into...}Terri Morasco: A Crying Shane!!! How long can Zasshu hold out?
Vasco Dias: Here comes Gonzo outta nowhere!
{Gonzo, who rolled out of the ring after his opponents turned on each other, had waited for the right moment to bring himself back into the match. He chooses to do so by pulling himself up onto the top ring ropes, before jumping off towards Ryan Shane, planting his knee square into the face of Shane, as his head gets driven into the mat with a modified...}Vasco Dias: ONE FOR THE MONEY! SHANE LOOKS LIKE HE'S OUT!!!
Terri Morasco: Zasshu is trying to recover from A Crying Shane... AND HE GETS ONE FOR THE MONEY, AS WELL!!!
{Gonzo then locks Payday on Zasshu, as Zasshu is completely unresponsive from the recent offense that Gonzo recently hit him with. Ryan Shane begins to stir, but the referee calls for the bell after Zasshu is unresponsive. Gonzo releases Zasshu when he hears the bell, and begins to say something to Laura Howlett, who just shakes her head in disappointment, as Alison Valence announces the result of the match...}Alison Valence: The winner of the match, by submission, Gonzo Murdock!!!

āWhat the...ā
----------------------------------------------------------
Terri Morasco: Ladies and gentlemen, we have Danger Zone later this month and itās shaping up to be quite the show.
Vasco Dias: Thatās right, andā¦
Terri Morasco: Hold on a secondā¦
{āSlow Suicideā by Scott Stapp begins to play and Dorian Hawkhurst comes out from the back.}Terri Morasco: I donāt know what Hawkhurst wants, but he looks like he means business.
Vasco Dias:: You donāt know and I donāt care. Heās not supposed to be out here.
{Dorian walks straight to the ring, ignoring the fans outstretched hands on the way down the aisle.}Dorian Hawkhurst: Iām sorry if Iām being rude, but Iāve got a few things that I need to get off of my chest. Bob Pooler waltzed right in and took what should have been MY Invictus title shot, he cost me the match. Iām not faulting Pooler for taking advantage of the opportunity. Hell, any man with half a brain would.
{Dorian runs his hand through his beard as he paces back and forth frantically.}Dorian Hawkhurst: The problem is that there was a man in the ring with half a brain. Will Peterson thought it would be a good idea to get into my face. He cost both of us a chance at becoming a champion. Now, Iām not a man who likes to talk to much. But I want Will Peterson to hear exactly what I have to say. Man to man. Face to face. Peterson, if youāre in the back, get your ass out here.
{āUnderdogā by Kasabian hits the speakers, and moments later āThe Underdogā Will Peterson appears at the top of the ramp, mic in hand, right eyebrow arched as he takes in the decidedly mixed reception from the Louisiana crowd. He wanders down to the ring, sliding in under the bottom rope before standing and turning towards Dorian, a half-smile dancing across his face, as he brings the mic up to his lips.}Will Peterson: Irony, Dorianā¦ I hope you can appreciate the irony of your words. The irony of one man accusing another of only possessing half a brain, when the accuser canāt even remember which champion heās fighting for the right to faceā¦! Hell, forget about not knowing who the champion is - when you were prattling on about movie scripts and fairytale endings, you were probably that wasted, you probably didnāt even know what day it was!!!
{The crowd lets out a low āOoohhhā, with a smattering of applause for the insult, mixed in with some much more prominent boos. Peterson merely sneers.}Will Peterson: And hereās the thing - Iām starting to think you might have been a little worse for wear last Monday as well. You must have been a little confused. See, you go on about how I, Will Peterson, got in your face. Yet the way I remember it, I was practically fighting a handicap match last week, as you consistently interfered illegally in the matchup. The way I see itā¦ you were the one who cost me the rightful chance to face the Invictus Champion at Danger Zone! So you can get off your damn high horse, and stop preaching your drunken, rambling lies to anybā¦-ā
Dorian Hawkhurst: You need to simmer down, boy. Just because I might have forgotten that Noah Fields lost the Invictus title for a hot second. Itās not because I was drunk. Itās because I was too busy focusing on myself. Iām not in business for Noah Fields. Iām not in business for you. Iām in business for myself.
Will Peterson: And thatās your problem, Dorian. You simply see this as a business, a job. Whereas for any man or Diamond worth their salt, their search for success in the crazy wrestling world is a passion. Simply put, it is their life. And that is one of the many, many reasons why you will never amount to anything more than a jobber-to-the-stars here in the IWF.
Dorian Hawkhurst: Who are you to question my passion? Maybe you donāt understand how civilized society works, but it takes money to live in this world. And by becoming the best in the business, I make more money. More money means my family is more comfortable. You donāt put your body on the line night after night if you donāt have a passion for this.
Dorian steps back for a second and strokes his beard in frustration. He then whips his head around and gets right in Petersonās face.
Dorian Hawkhurst: I think in all of this, you are forgetting one important detail. Tonight isnāt āOpen Talk Nightā. Itās āOpen Fight Nightā, bitch.
{Dorian swings but Peterson seems to have had the same idea and both men connect at the same time with straight rights to the head. Peterson recovers a little more quickly and kicks Hawkhurst in the stomach and throws him to the outside.}Terri Morasco: Looks like this one broke down quickly.
Vasco Dias:: Good. I was getting tired of all that whining.
{Hawkhurst manages to land on his feet and grabs Peterson by the ankles, pulling him off his feet and dragging him outside the ring. Both men start unloading on each other once again. Dorian catches Peterson off guard and stomps him on the foot. Hawkhurst uses the opening to whip Peterson into the barricade. Without missing a beat, Hawkhurst rushes at Peterson, who ducks down at the last minute and back body drops āThe Demon of Sobrietyā over the barricade. The crowd parts like the Red Sea. Peterson hops over the railing and hits a knee to the stomach of Hawkhurst doubling him over. After a forearm to the back by Peterson, Dorian responds with an elbow to the midsection.}Terri Morasco: These two men are going back and forth through the crowd.
Vasco Dias:: Theyād better not hurt anyone. I donāt know if our lawyers can handle a lawsuit.
{The men make their way towards the back of the arena, with neither man getting the better of the other for more than a few seconds. Seeing that they are close to the entrance to the floor level seating, Dorian grabs Peterson and tries to toss him into the wall. Peterson manages to get his hands up, and throws a wild haymaker that stuns Hawkhurst long enough to create some distance. Peterson walks over near a hot dog vendor and grabs something from behind the cart. Hawkhurst walks over unaware, and gets ambushed with a broomstick being speared into his stomach. Peterson immediately switches his grip on the broomstick and breaks it over the back of the prone Hawkhurst. Peterson then drives the two halves of the broom into the stomach of with a vicious baseball swing. Dorian Hawkhurst stumbles over and then falls over onto the cart. Peterson grabs a beer off the cart and begins shaking it.}Terri Morasco: Heās not really going to do it. He wonāt do it. He canāt.
Vasco Dias:: Whatās wrong with kicking back a cold one in the middle of a beatdown?
Terri Morasco: You know heās in recovery!
{Peterson opens the can and pours the beer down Dorianās throat. Hawkhurst comes to life, with a fire in his eyes. He spits the beer directly into the eyes of Will Peterson and headbutts him, connecting with the bridge of his nose. Harkwhurst grabs Peterson by the back of the neck and starts marching towards the escalator leading to the concourse level. Dorian slams Petersonās head against the railing, forcing Peterson to start up the escalator,in a seated position. Dorian punches Peterson a couple of times before picking him up and throwing him onto the flat metal between the two escalators.}Terri Morasco: Will Peterson has awakened a sleeping dragon and heās paying the price.
Vasco Dias:: Sure, letās watch that fat ass try and get back down to where Peterson is.
{Hawkhurst hops over to the down escalator and pursues Peterson, whoās managed to make some distance before Dorian catches up. Looking for anything he can use, Peterson picks up a potted plant and throws it into the midsection of his oncoming adversary. Dorian takes a step back before returning to stalk Peterson, who quickly grabs a second plant, this one catches Hawkhurst in the chest. As Hawkhurst grabs his chest, Peterson comes in with a kick to the gut and a quick punch to the head.} Terri Morasco: This is why you canāt underestimate āThe Underdogā.
{Peterson drags Hawkhurst over to some payphones and picks up the receiver and slams it over his head. Before he can fall back, Peterson grabs Dorian by the head and tries to slam his head against the call box, but Hawkhurst gets his hand up to block. He reaches up and grabs Will by the hair and drives him into the phone. Peterson tries to get away, barely staying a step ahead of Dorian. Hawkhurst catches up when Peterson comes up against a wall. Dorian drags him over and throw him into a metal door frame. Instinctively, Will rolls away from Dorian, leaning against a door. Dorian sees an opening, and rushes to tackle Peterson, but Will dodges out of the way at the last second. Dorian, head full of steam, bursts through the door with such force that you can hear the door as it rebounds against the frame and quickly slams shut.}Terri Morasco: Dorian Hawkhurst almost bulldozed Will Peterson!
Vasco Dias: It just goes to show that Peterson was right about how stupid Hawkhurst is.
{From the other side of the door, you can hear Hawkhurst pounding the door in frustration. Peterson slides down the door and leans against it, worn out.}Will Peterson: So much for a quiet night...
{The camera cuts away to a commercial for āIWF Presents: Danger Zone. LIVE! Sunday, 26th February 2017 from the Mercedes Benz Superdome, New Orleans, Louisiana.}----------------------------------------------------------
SINGLES MATCH
Gabriela Luna vs Pandora Freeman
----------------------------------------------------------
{"We all Recognise...That I'm ..the problem here."
The lights dim, Even as the Intro to the song helps to light up UV, glowsticks, people waving and bouncing before the beat drops and out slams Pandora, lit up like a Christmas tree by UV, as lit slowly bleed back to the area Pandora dances down to the ring, easily gracing movements as she hops up the apron and climbs in before gripping the top rope and arching back down to touch the ring mat with her head and leaves her feet on the ground making quite the arch as she rises up slowly still bouncing to the music as she encourages the crowd to move with her.}Alison Valance: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Hope, Michigan, weighing in at 160 pounds, Pandora Freeman!
Terri Morasco: The always-lively, always-luminescent Pandora Freeman looking to get back into the mix of things in a big way here tonight. Can you feel the beat, Vasco?
Vasco Dias: I wish I couldnāt. She loves her fun, sure, but under that neon exterior is a solid technical wrestler. Pandora Freeman can beat just about any woman on this roster on any given night. If she steps it up, watch out.
{The relentless opening chords of "Vortex" by Los Savants crash out as Gabriela Luna dashes out onto the stage, throwing her fist into the air to the cheers of the crowd. She shouts at the crowd, beckoning them on with her hands, and grins widely at them before turning and charging down the ramp.}Alison Valance: And her opponent, from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, weighing in at 105 pounds, Gabriela Luna!
Terri Morasco: Gabriela Luna issued an open challenge, and with the roll that sheās been on I was interested to see who would answer. This is going to be quite a match-up.
Vasco Dias: I know sheās been lobbying for a title opportunity. Hell, you listen to her talk and itās all she can say. I wouldnāt want to be across from a woman that determined.
{Gabriela leaps and slides feet-first under the bottom rope, rolling to her feet and coming up with a defiant shout of joy. She runs over to the nearest empty corner, leaping up onto the second turnbuckle and further beckoning the crowd on before hopping down into a crouch and waiting for the match to start.}Terri Morasco: Two women hungry for an opportunity, and weāre going to see how things break down!
{The bell rings, and Gabriela immediately charges, looking for a jumping heel kick! Pandora Matrix dodges underneath, and Gabriela sails overhead, crashing to the mat. Pandora straightens back up, grabbing Gabrielaās arm as she rises, and pulls her into a short-arm shoulder block! Pandora hangs on, driving her shoulder into Gabriela a few more times before whipping her to the ropes and nailing a sidewalk slam! Pandora hooks the leg!
ONE!
TWO!
KICKOUT!}Terri Morasco: Pandora had that well-scouted, and immediately going to work on her opponent!
Vasco Dias: Huh. She watched the tape. Very well-done!
{Pandora stays on top of Gabriela, delivering a leg drop straight across Gabrielaās upper chest. She follows up with a quick elbow drop to the midsection which doubles Gabriela over, and follows it up with a huge roundhouse kick to Gabrielaās headā¦but Gabriela snaps flat again, allowing the kick to sail overhead. Gabriela back-rolls to her feet, nailing a quick dropkick to Pandoraās back that drops her on her stomach. Pandora rolls back over, sitting up, and Gabriela immediately hits the ropes and comes screaming off with a double knee strike to Pandoraās face! She covers!
ONE!
TWO!
KICKOUT!}Terri Morasco: All it takes is one big move to swing momentum, and Gabrielaās own abuse there gave her an advantage.
Vasco Dias: Not often getting elbow-dropped saves you from pain, but thereās a first time for everything.
{Gabriela takes a deep breath, getting to her feet, and delivers a quick uppercut to Pandora as she stands. Pandora staggers back, and Gabriela leaps up, delivering a quick kick to the gut that staggers Pandora. Gabriela runs to the ropes, springboarding off into a back elbow strike! Gabriela gets back to her feet, nailing a spinning heel kick to the gut, and hooks Pandora in, looking for the AERIAL SPIKE!
NO! Pandora hangs on, grounding herself, and throws Gabriela off. As Gabriela catches her footing, she charges again, right into the TANK GIRL knee! Pandora taunts the fallen Gabriela before hooking her leg!
ONE!
TWO
THRāKICKOUT!}Terri Morasco: Gabriela Luna just got her face kneed off! Itās a miracle that she was able to kick out.
Vasco Dias: Gabriela should have known better than to try to hit a lifting move like that on a woman half again her weight, and she paid the price with that knee shot.
{Pandora hauls Gabriela over to the corner, gripping the top rope with a hand and pointing back at her opponent with a grin. The crowd cheers wildly, and Pandora hops up, splitting her legs and bounding off the ropes with the RYLāETH DAY TRIP!
ā¦BUT GABRIELA GETS HER KNEES UP! Pandora clutches her midsection, rolling to her side, and Gabriela staggers wearily to her feet, clutching her shins. Pandora groggily gets to her knees, and Gabriela seizes the moment, running the ropes and swinging around to plant her with the ONATOPP DRIVER! Gabriela doesnāt cover immediately, though, instead getting to her feet and staggering towards the corner. She slumps against the corner, breathing heavily, and looks back at Pandora.}Terri Morasco: Pandora almost had it there, but Gabriela Luna managed to get her knees up just in time!
Vasco Dias: If anyone knows what can happen when you crash and burn on a big move, itās Gabriela Luna.
{Pandora is already stirring, though, and Gabriela steps onto the apron, breathing heavily. As Pandora gets to her feet, Gabriela springboards in, cracking her across the face with a forearm strike! Pandora staggers, not falling, and Gabriela shakes her head, grabbing Pandoraās wrist and attempting to whip her to the ropes. Pandora hauls her in, though, and delivers a big back elbow strike! Gabriela is staggered, shaking her head, and Pandora runs to the ropes, looking for her own springboardā¦
ā¦but Gabriela runs to the ropes and leaps up with her, delivering a snapping Russian legsweep off the second rope and floating over into a bridging cobra clutch to complete LA JALISCERA! She hauls back on the hold, wrenching viciously, and Pandora struggles against her grip, trying to free herself. Pandora pushes her feet underneath herself and manages to roll overā¦but Gabriela rolls through with her, and Pandora finds herself in the center of the ring! Pandora struggles for a few more moments, but seeing no escape, reluctantly slaps the mat in submission as the bell rings! Gabriela quickly releases the hold, getting to her feet wearily as āVortexā plays.}Alison Valance: Here is your winner, Gabriela Luna!

----------------------------------------------------------
Alison Valance: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for one fallā¦
{Cannons shooting jets of water blast high into the air as Charm City Devils' "Unstoppable" begins to play. A lone blue spotlight appears on-stage as Johnny Gillmen steps in from behind the curtain, sporting aqua blue, olive green, and silver tights with matching boots and tassels and a T-shirt bearing the logo of his alma mater. Carrying his multi-colored surfboard with him, Johnny passes through, high-fiving fans along the way before sliding his longboard underneath the ring and hopping in to wait for his opponent.}Alison Valance: From Midlothian, Texas, weighing in at 190 pounds...JOHNNY...GILLMEN!
Terri Morasco: He issued the open challenge, and now it has been accepted.
Vasco Dias: He likes to run his mouth and it always seems to get him in a bad predicament.
Alison Valance: And his opponentā¦
{The synthesized beginning of "Remember The Name" by Fort Minor begins to play as the crowd grows silent.}āYOU READYYYY!?
LET'S GO!ā{The beat breaks in and the strobe lights around the arena go with said beat as the crowd begins to amp up.}"This is ten percent luck..."{As the lyrics begin a single spotlight shines on the man known as "Greatness" before he glances over his shoulder, staring down at the ring. With a concentrated look he slowly turns and starts down to the ring as he's announced.}Alison Valance: From New York City, weighing in at 265 pounds, he is now known as āThe Man Destined For Greatnessā...DEREK BROOKS!
{He holds out his arms at the end of the walkway as his name echoes throughout the arena as the fans cheer him on. He climbs the stairs and walks along the apron to the corner where he ascends and looks out to the crowd before flinging his arm in the air much to their appease. He jumps down and steps through the ropes, walking to the center, bouncing around, light as a cat despite his large frame as he gazes out to the crowd before snapping around, climbing the corner and flinging his arm in the air again as the flashbulbs go off everywhere. He jumps down and continues bouncing from one foot to the other in a graceful manner as he waits for the match to begin.}Terri Morasco: Derek is trying to right the ship after a series of close losses.
Vasco Dias: Heās another one who gets himself in trouble with his mouth.
{The bell rings and the two men prepare for the beginning of the match, sizing one another up before locking up in the center of the ring, but Derek uses his power to throw Gillmen into the corner hard. Gillmen looks up surprised, but also seems angered by the throw and charges Brooks who sidesteps him and throws him into another corner.
Gillmen smacks the mat.}Terri Morasco: Gillmen having trouble with the power of Derek Brooks.
Vasco Dias: And heāll keep trying and trying, and failing and failing.
{Gillmen gets to his feet and the two lock up again, but Gillmen quickly goes behind Derek, jumping up and rolling him up with a Crucifix pin attempt, only to get a two count before Derek jumps up and turns Gillmen inside out with a massive Clothesline.}Terri Morasco: WHOA!
Vasco Dias: How many rotations was that?
{Derek looks at Gillmen who is pulling himself up with the ropes and simply shakes his head. He throws Gillmen into the ropes, looking for the Spinebuster, but Gillmen is able to shift his weight, grabs Derek by the head and spike him into the mat with a DDT! Derek is back up, but wobbly. Gillmen grabs hold of Derekās head with the āBrain Drainā (Iron Claw) but Derek is able to break his grip, spinning Gillmen around and hitting him with the āDisplay of Greatnessā (Rock Bottom), hooking the legā¦
1!
2!!
3!!!
The bell rings.}Alison Valance: Here is your winner...DEREK...BROOKS!
Terri Morasco: The size and strength of Brooks just overmatched Gillmen.
Vasco Dias: And again...Gillmenās mouth gets him in trouble.
{Derek celebrates his victory as we go to commercial.}----------------------------------------------------------
IWF INVICTUS CHAMPIONSHIP
INVICTUS RULES MATCH
Devlin Raine cashes in his guaranteed Invictus opportunity from winning the Cruiserweight Invitational.
If Devlin wins, he will defend at Danger Zone in a triple threat match with the former Champion and the #1 Contender. However, if JFK retains, he will defend against the #1 Contender at Danger Zone.
Devlin Raine vs James Franklin Karn (c)
----------------------------------------------------------
Terri Morasco: Here we go Vas, Devlin has his shot at the Invictus title right here, right now!
Vasco Dias: Yeah, but what are the chances of Karn losing the belt so soon after winning it? This isnāt the Man of Steel title ya know.
Alison Valance: Ladies and gentlemen, the following match is scheduled for one fall and is for the Invictus championship! Introducing first ā¦
{The Lights Darken as the Into of "OMEN" start to play, whilst the beat picks up Devlin emerges from the crowd wearing his jacket and the Guy Fawkes mask.} Alison Valance: Making his way to the ring, from Chicago, Illinois and weighing in a two hundred and ten pounds ā¦ Devlin ā¦ RAAAAAAAAINE!
{The Destiny Dealer steps up on the guard railing slowly as he slips off the mask and slides under the bottom rope to salute at the crowd waving his hands to the music as if conducting an orchestra and then turns to keep eyes about him.}Vasco Dias: Raine has been a thorn in the side of IWF for too long; this kid has been thumbing his nose at the higher ups and is about to get that nose broken!
Alison Valance: And his opponent ā¦
{The lights go dim as the iconic opening guitar riff for "Runnin Down A Dream" comes blaring over the speakers, A rain of gold pyro comes down over the entrance as JFK comes walking out from the back wearing his new "100% Florida Ass-Kicking" T-Shirt with his classic Jack Daniels inspired logo on the front and his normal wrestling gear.} Alison Valance: On his way to the ring, from Miami, Florida and weighing in at two hundred and thirty pounds ā¦ the IWF Invictus Champion ā¦ James ā¦ Franklin ā¦ KAAAAAAARN!
{He makes his way down the ramp slapping hands with a few fans and rolls into the ring; he stands in the middle of the ring throwing his arms out in a crucifix pose with his body tilted to the side a bit, he then rips his shirt off up over his head and tosses it into the crowd going to his corner ready for his match.}Terri Morasco: Karn is looking ready for a fight ā¦
Vasco Dias: Well, heās got twenty pounds on Raine so this might be a little one sided!
{The referee signals for the bell and the two men head towards the center of the ring.
Karn runs forward and catches Devlin with a huge clothesline; obviously catching the smaller man off-guard with his quick and immediate offense. Raine slowly gets back to his feet, only to get caught with a direct right, followed by a stiff left, and another right! Dazed and confused against the ropes, Raine is unable to stop JFK as he pulls him up and sends him soaring across the ring and into the ropes. Raine rebounds as JFK waits patiently against the far ropes. Raine, with a full head of steam, throws his arms up in front of his face as JFK dashes forward ā drilling him with T.K.K.!}Terri Morasco: Thereās The Karn Kick, Vasco! This match may be over before itās even begun!
Vasco Dias: It looks like Raine managed to block most of the kick though, lucky for him.
{Karn follows up the kick with a quick pinfall attempt ā¦

JFK smiles and shoves Devlin back to the mat, driving his forearm into the nose and cheek of his opponent and going for another pin.

ONE

KICK OUT
JFK wastes little time, mounting Raine and grabbing a fistful of hair before raining down haymakers into the face of the Destiny Dealer. Devlin does his best to cover his head and block the blows but Karn is relentless. The referee moves closer to check on Devlin, possibly calling the match, but Raine manages to give a thumbs up before nearly loosing the digit to another punch. Karn, hauling back his arm for another blow, clips the referee who grabs hold of JFK by the shoulder, struggling to pull him off, but JFK manages to land a few more punches before shrugging off the referee and getting back to his feet.}Vasco Dias: JFK looks like a man possessed out there! Heās been going hard since the bell rang.
Terri Morasco: After being insulted by Noah Field, JFK looks like heās on a mission to show that he IS the Invictus Champion!
Vasco Dias: I donāt know, Field says that he didnāt lose the title ā¦ so can we definitively call Karn the champion, here?
{The referee reminds Karn that while there is no disqualification, he still needs to watch the ref bumps. Karn smiles and reaches down, grabbing another handful of Raineās hair, and pulls him back to his feet. Devlin slaps down JFKās hand and connects with a couple of quick rights of his own. Before Devlin can mount much of an offense, Karn drives a knee deep into his midsection and bringing the assault to a quick stop. Karn straightens Raine up before lifting and dropping him with a spinebuster that shakes the ring. Quickly back to his feet, Karn bounces off the ropes, returning with a huge knee drop, driving the point of his knee into the forehead of Raine! JFK reaches down and hauls Raine up to his feet and drives his shoulder into Devlinās belly, driving him backwards into the corner. Devlinās back is driven into the turnbuckles and JFK drives that shoulder a few more times for good measure. Karn moves out of the corner and crosses to the opposite side of the ring. He measures Raine and taps his right leg as though signaling for another TKK before sprinting towards Raine. At the last second, Devlin moves out of the way of the kick, JFK hitting nothing but turnbuckle. Devlin quickly nails a spin kick that doubles JFK over. He follows up with a front kick that brings Karn back to a vertical base before hitting him with a step up enziguri that caps off the Brain Dance and sends the champion stumbling into the ropes.}Terri Morasco: BRAIN DANCE, Vasco! Did you see that?
Vasco Dias: The kid is back in this thing!

KICK OUT!
Karn gets to his feet once more, resting in a corner as he realizes he almost lost the match right then and there.}Vasco Dias: You can't sleep on Devlin Raine, when you think you have him right where you want him, he flips the switch!
Terri Morasco: I'm sure JFK will be a bit more careful moving forward, he almost lost it right there.
{Devlin uses the ropes and gets back to his feet. JFK moves in and pounds on him with a huge right hand, followed by a left, and he goes for another right, but Raine blocks it! Devlin with a right of his own, left, right, left, right, left! He has Karn on glass knees in the center of the ring. Raine goes into the ropes and Karn tries to hit him with a clothesline, but Devlin ducks under it! JFK turns around and eats boots, as Devlin catches him with a HUGE enziguri that sends JFK up and over the top rope, leaving him sprawled on the arena floor.
Raine, feeling the momentum turn into his favor, bounces to his feet and hits the far ropes. He comes back, springboarding up and over the top rope, hitting the prone Karn with the Subspace highway, causing Karn to roll around in pain. Raine grabs a hold of the champion and manages to pull him upright, noting the smile on Karnās face and trying to slap it off. He then goes to send Karn into the corner ring post, but JFK reverses it, causing Devlin to crash into the post, leaving him wrapped around it. Karn runs in for a clothesline, but Devlin moves out of the way, causing Karn to smash his right arm around the ring post.}Vasco Dias: Devlin seems to be rolling now, keeping the momentum in his favor. One step ahead of JFK.
{Devlin quickly moves in, rocking Karn with strong elbows to the head. Devlin is teeing off with elbow after elbow, as Karn tries to block them. The referee pokes his head out of the ring to check on the pair as Raine backs away to get some distance for something big. Karn stumbles out, holding his right arm and Raine launches himself, catching Karn with a huge flying European uppercut!} Terri Morasco: Burning Chrome!

Karn manages to pull his shoulder up off the arena floor, but only barely. Devlin pulls Karn up right up and sends JFK into the barricade with an Irish Whip. Devlin charges in for a clothesline but Karn, acting on instinct, grabs Devlin and uses his momentum to pop him up, leaving him to come crashing down across the barricade. Karn drops to a knee as Devlin slumps off the barricade, falling to the arena floor.}Vasco Dias: Raine rolls to his back, holding his midsection as JFK grabs a fistful of hair, pulling him back to his feet and whipping him immediately back towards the ring. Devlin slams back first into the ring apron and Karn grabs him off his wobbly legs and rolls him back into the ring, following him closely.
Terri Morasco: JFK may be looking to put Devlin away for good here!
{Karn almost yanks Devlin back to a vertical base, grabbing him around the head and burying him under one arm before quickly hoisting him up in the air, looking for the Final Nail. Devlin, fights and squirms, managing to get himself free and landing on his feet. He quickly turns and races for the ropes behind him, JFK turning around just in time for Raine to hit the DevDT out of nowhere.}Terri Morasco: VASCO ā¦
Vasco Dias: I saw it ya crazy harpy ā Devlin has to capitalize here, though.
{This time itās Raineās turn to haul Karn back to his feet. Both men look to be on wobbly legs as Devlin digs deep and lift JFK up and onto his shoulders in a firemanās carry.}Terri Morasco: Heās going for the Unmei, Vas ā
Vasco Dias: Going for and hitting are two very different things, Terri
{Devlin flips JFK up and over, but Karn seems to be holding on to Raineās arm. As Karn hits the mat, Devlin is right there with him and itās obvious from the look of things that heās in a world of pain.}Vasco Dias: What was that you were saying, Terri?
Terri Morasco: As if b really saw him reversing that into the NSP, Vasco ā¦ come on
{Raine is struggling to reach the ropes but due to his own careful planning, the pair are right in the center of the ring. Devlin holds his arm out, reaching desperately for the ropes, but isnāt able to hold out and starts slapping at the mat. āA House Divided.ā
----------------------------------------------------------
{ We cut backstage to the face of IWF Imperial Champion, Cable Arcane. Slowly we pull back on the three piece Brooks Brothers suit he wears, a type of navy blue with a matching tie and the championship seated securely over his shoulder. Beside him is Laura Howlett in her typical black skirt suit and before the both of them is A Girl Has No Name Robins. }A Girl Has No Name Robins: A Girl Has No Name Robins here with IWF Imperial Champion, Cable Arcane and his manager and leader of the House of Howlett, Laura Howlett herself.
{ Laura shoots A Girl Has No Name a snide smile as Cable continues to look dead into the camera. }A Girl Has No Name Robins: There is only one question on the minds of everyone after last week, what happened between you and Noah Field.
{ Laura goes to answer but Cable silences her. }Cable Arcane: Isnāt it obvious what happened!?
{ Cable snaps. }Cable Arcane: Noah Field thought he was teaching me a lesson by basically abandoning me in the ring last week. He left me in there to fend for myself and essentially gift wrapped a win over the reigning and defending Imperial Champion to two men who donāt belong in the same goddamn building as me and Alex Jones! That gutless little coward-
{ The crowd suddenly starts to boo as Noah Field steps into the shot with a smug smirk on his face. }Noah Field: Look champ, donāt blame me because you couldnāt-
{ He shoots Laura a wink. }Noah Field: Go the distance.
{ Cable starts to move forward but Laura gets in between them. }Noah Field: Of course itās common for one such as yourself to lash out at those who you know are superior I just wish you could admit it, stop running and give me what we both know I deserve.
Cable Arcane: And what do you deserve?
{ Cable growls at him. }Noah Field: Easy, the world! But more specifically, a fair shot at that.
{ Noah jabs the center medallion of the Imperial Championship with his index finger. Cable looks down with disgust and then back up at Noah. }Cable Arcane: A fair shot? You had one and you lost.
Noah Field: No! Todd Williams lost. Andrew Jacobsen lost. I have yet to be pinned or submitted! I have yet to lose a single match. In fact I am still undefeated in this promotion and I am long over due for what she promised me!
{ Cable looks at Laura now who looks upset over what Noah just said. }Cable Arcane: You know what? Iām tired of this little pissing contest you think weāre having. You want a shot? Youāve got-
Laura Howlett: NO!
{ Laura finally cuts them off. }Laura Howlett: NO! We are not doing this! We are not having this match!
{ She looks to both of them. }Laura Howlett: Rob Diamond is gone! His contract is null and void! Zasshu!? My first client!? Heās an abject failure! Spike Kane? Heās either homicidal or suicidal and neither of those things play into what Iām paying him for! You two? You two are the most dominant members of the House and I will not stand by and watch the two of you tear down what little bit I have left.
{ Noah and Cable have never looked away from each other as Laura seethes. }Cable Arcane: I have never and will never take orders from you.
{ Cable marches past Laura, his shoulder grazing Noahās as he goes. Noah looks on with a smirk like somehow he just got exactly what he wanted. Laura just shakes her head as Noah casually throws his arm over her shoulder. }Noah Field: The guys a loose canon. Hardly championship material.
{ Laura takes a deep breath before pulling away from Noah and heading in the direction Cable just went while Noah watches with a smile. }----------------------------------------------------------
TRIPLE THREAT MATCH
Jessica Reed vs Amber Richards vs Crystal Millar
----------------------------------------------------------
{ The lights in the arena go out as "Die Young" by Ke$ha hits the PA system and the crowd go nuts. Strobe lighting begins to flash in various colours around the arena as Jessica Reed emerges from behind the curtain to a standing ovation. She smile and waves to the fans before steadying herself for a gentle sprint to the ring, slapping the hands of fans as she goes much to their delight. Reaching the ring steps she climbs up to the top of the turnbuckle and continues to wave the crowd, pumping them up even more before hopping down into the ring. }{ "Wild eyes" by parkway drive blasts on the PA system, the lyrics rolling out. As the song explodes after the first verse Amber makes her way out her black hair flowing down as she throws her head back and lets out a laugh. Amber makes her way down to the ring, she runs and slides on her knee across the apron before resting her body against the ropes as the music fades out. }{ 5

THE SILVER SCREEN QUEEN IS HERE!!!!
Iām Coming Out by Diana Ross begins to blast all across the speakers and as that happens we are able to see Christina Millar emerging through the backstage curtain and the roaring cheers of the crowd are deafening. She isnāt alone as her best friend Zelda Knite comes out beside her. Crystal smiles as her grouping of paparazzi gather up in front of the ring and they snag photo after of the Latina beauty. She walks down the ramp as she begins to slap the hands of the roaring crowd. The crowd cheers loudly in return as they glance back at the Hollywood hottie, and Zelda smiles as she throws up the heart symbol.
Her following of paparazzi meet her as does a red carpet. She takes in appeal of the cameras smiling as flashes begin to go off one after another. She then runs up the steps where she walks towards the middle of the apron. She blows kisses out to the crowd before she drops into a split entering the ring. The crowd begins to go nuts and she waits patiently for the match to begin. }Terri Morasco: Weāve got a huge triple threat match for you. Three of the best Diamonds the Division has ever seen all in one ring at one time.
Vasco Dias: Three?
Terri Morasco: Jessica Reed, the original Diamond, Amber Richards the Blood Diamond and Crystal Millar the Queen of Diamonds!
Vasco Dias: Iāll give you Jessica Reed, sheās a living legend in the business but Amber Richards? Yeah sure, sheās a three time champion and maybe a future hall of fame nominee in another decade or so but she isnāt on the level of Jessica Reed and Crystal Millar? Well I think her track record speaks for itself.
Terri Morasco: Crystal Millar has been a champion everywhere she has gone including here in IWF and while sheās taken the long road to the top there is no denying sheās one of the faces of the division.
Vasco Dias: I think I just denied it.
{ The referee calls for the bell and Amber goes right for Jessica Reed and looks for a clothes line but Jess gets under it and turns Amber around in the corner where she connects with a forearm shiver but Crystal comes running in and looks for a splash, Jessica moves and Crystal hits Amber with the splash. Jess spins Crystal around and hits a jumping high kick. Crystal falls backward onto Amber and Jess gets a quick running start and hits her own splash! }Terri Morasco: Jessica Reed dominating at the out set.
Vasco Dias: Sheās got the skills and the pedigree!
Terri Morasco: She may have lost the Diamonds championship but she is still one of the best.
{ Amber shoves Crystal hard off of her and she cracks her skull against the head of Jessica Reed, both women stagger and Amber hits Crystal from behind with a massive clothes line. Amber then moves right onto Jess and grabs her around the waist, she spins her around and then hits a big overhead belly to belly suplex and lets out a yell that gets the crowd riled. Crystal is trying to pull herself up but Amber hits a running kick to the side of her head and then rips her down onto her back by her hair and stomps her viciously on the chest. }Vasco Dias: I might have to take back my critique of Amber Richards, she is looking more vicious than ever.
Terri Morasco: Sheās never played well with others.
Vasco Dias: And that mentality has secured her three reigns as Diamonds champion.
{ Amber turns her attention back to Jessica Reed and runs in with a big knee to the midsection and then sets her up with a pump handle back breaker over her knee. Amber doesnāt relent and instead pulls Jessica Reed back up to her feet and connects with a snap mare, she then drives her knee into the back of Jessica Reed and puts her in a rear chin lock. However as Amber wrenches Crystal Millar comes off the ropes behind Amber and grabs her around the neck for a running bull dog! }Terri Morasco: Millar is right back in this!
Vasco Dias: She took advantage of an opening, that is all.
Terri Morasco: Sheās opportunistic thatās for sure.
{ Crystal nips back up and hits the ropes again, she comes running back at Jessica Reed who is still seated on the mat and connects with a running drop kick! Crystal rolls over and covers Jessica Reed for the ONE! TWO! But Amber is able to break it up. Amber begins to club Crystal over her back again and again and again until she goes flat and tries to protect her head. Amber pushes herself up and looks angry as she preps her next move. Amber lines up the super kick on Crystal but as Millar stands Jessica Reed is able to roll up Richards! ONE! TWO! Crystal breaks up the pin! }Vasco Dias: Reed with a close two count!
Terri Morasco: You need to have eyes in the back of your head in a triple threat match!
Vasco Dias: More than that, you need to be able to handle two on one situations essentially.
{ Crystal pulls Jessica up to her feet but Reed connects with a step up enzugiri that sends Crystal into the arms of Amber Richards who grips her around the waist. Reed quickly runs over and grabs Crystal too as her and Amber both lift Millar off the ground for a German suplex. Jessica pulls her back up looking for number two in the three amigos but Amber gets up with her and the two of them sends Crystal to the mat again. They both get up with Crystal for number three but Amber elbows Jess in the face and Jess retaliates. The two of them let Crystal go and begin to slug it out but Amber starts to get the upper hand. }Terri Morasco: The momentary alliance breaks down.
Vasco Dias: It was a smart move to work together to take Crystal out, they should have kept it going a bit longer.
Terri Morasco: That misstep could cost one of them the match.
{ Amber is driving Jessica back with the elbow shots but Crystal Millar is back to her feet and runs past both of them and hits the ropes with a spring board and grabs both former Diamonds Champions for a double DDT!!! }Terri Morasco: Double springboard ddt!!!
Vasco Dias: Not a bad move!
{ Crystal hits the Flashing Lights on Amber as she tries to stand then turns her attention to Jessica who is starting to get up and hits her with the Flashing Lights too!!! Crystal then hooks the leg of Jessica Reed for the ONE! TWO! KICK OUT! Millar is right up and then pins Amber Richards. ONE! TWO! KICK OUT! Millar gets up and pulls Amber up with her but Richards explodes with a European upper cut and connects with a SUPERKICK!!! }Terri Morasco: Crystal Millar is down! This is Amberās chance!
Vasco Morasco: Sheās got her exactly where she wants her!
Terri Morasco: Sheās just got to make the cover!
{ But before she can do it Jessica Reed hits a Shining Wizard and pulls Amber in for the Duck Face DDT!!! Jessica Reed is staggered but she quickly pulls Amber back up to her feet and lifts her into the air for the LOLidrop!!! Amber is down and Jess covers her with the leg hooked. ONE! Crystal is moving. TWO! Crystal pushes herself up and leaps. THREE!!!! But Millar is a half second too late and Jessica Reed is the winner!!! }Terri Morasco: The original Diamond picks up the win here tonight!
Vasco Dias: She is head and shoulders above the rest.
{ Jessica is up with her hand raises, a look of total excitement on her face as Crystal looks on dejected from the mat. }----------------------------------------------------------
SINGLES MATCH
Mike Laszlo vs Steve Awesome
----------------------------------------------------------
Alison Valance: Ladies and gentlemen, the following is scheduled for one fallā¦
{All the lights in the arena die out and the fans in attendance start chanting}his name.
"AWE-SOME! AWE-SOME! AWE-SOME!"{Dramatic Pause.}"REGRETS I'VE HAD MINE!"{The lights in the arena explode to life as they flash green and black to the beat as Steve Awesome comes running out with intensity to the hyped up chorus of "Full of Regrets" by Danko Jones.} Lonely nights/ and a whole lot of wasted time!
If you see her wont you tell her for me/
It's better this way to avoid all the misery{The chorus plays again as Steve walks down to the ring. The guitar starts soloing and Steve hops into the ring and he provocatively slips off his jacket and then spins and drops into a kneel and he flexes his arms. He gets a slow motion effect as pyro sprays behind him.}Alison Valance: From Detroit, Michigan, weighing in at 238 pounds...STEVE...AWEEEESOME!
Terri: Steve took out the thorn in his side that was Rob Diamond and now looks to make his mark on the IWF!
Vasco: He did and he just might. That was a hell of a fight between those two.
Alison Valance: And his opponentā¦
{"Cult of Personality" by Living Colour hits the sound system, Mike Laszlo walking out onto the stage, followed by Alexis Caffrey, to an abundance of cheers from the crowd. Surveying those who cheer, a grin comes over his face as he heads for the ring with a confident walk, Alexis by his side holding his other hand.}Alison Valance: Making his way to the ring, accompanied to the ring by Alexis Caffrey, from Cleveland, Ohio, weighing 237 poundsā¦MIIIIKE LASZLOOOOO!
{The two get to the end of the ramp before Mike lifts Alexis onto the apron. She enters the ring as Mike rolls in under the bottom rope. He climbs the outside ropes to the top rope in the corner nearest the entrance ramp and poses for the crowd amassing a magnitude of cheers. He jumps down and goes to the opposite corner and does the same, garnering the same reaction. With a sly grin on his face he jumps down and backs into the corner, clasping his hands together and twirling his wrists as he gets ready for the match.}Terri: Last week, Steve made it known he was entering the Roulette and that didnāt sit well with Mike.
Vasco: No it didnāt, and from what Iāve gathered, he doesnāt like Steve trying to take all the spotlight.
{The bell rings and the two shake hands in the center of the ring, showing a sign of respect for one another. They then circle and lock up in the center of the ring, neither getting a clear cut advantage as they push back and forth. Eventually, Mike goes behind Steve, locking him around the waist, but Steve hits a couple of elbows to the side of the head before executing a standing switch, lifting Mike in the air before dropping him on his back with a Belly to Back Suplex. Mike rolls toward the ropes as Steve pops up with a smile on his face.}Terri: Steve getting the better of the first exchange.
Vasco: That he did with a nice series of moves. I bet Mike wants another shot.
{And another shot he gets as the two lock up again, this time Mike going behind Steve and quickly going for a German Suplex but Steve counters, rolling between Mikeās legs, taking him down before jumping over into a front facelock. Mike though is quickly to a vertical base and hits Steve with a couple of elbows to the gut before backing him into the ropes and sending him across the ring. Steve rebounds as Mike takes a few steps forward before executing a picture perfect Snap Scoop Slam. Steve now is the one rolling away as Mike gets to his feet with a smile of his own.}Terri: Both of these men are very skilled in that ring.
Vasco: They are two of the better competitors we have despite the fact that I really canāt stand either of them at the moment.
{Steve gets to his feet and the two men lock up one more time, going for the rubber match, again neither man getting the upper hand as they collapse to the ground, gator rolling under the bottom rope, falling to the floor, breaking their grasp of one another. They get to their feet and Steve fires off a kick to the midsection of Mike who doubles over as Steve takes a few steps back before leaping up on the barricade and tight roping it, looking to lunge off at Mike with a Double Axe Handle, but Mike is able to sidestep and quickly turns, planting his knee in the back of Steve and shoving him into the post!}Terri: Steve hit the ringpost hard.
Vasco: Good! Maybe heāll think straight when this is all over with.
{Mike rolls into the ring, and the referee continues to count Steve, now up to four. Steve lines up with the ramp and Mike heads to the ropes, diving through with a Suicide Dive!}Terri: Mike throwing caution to the wind there.
Vasco: Heās an idiot too!
{Mike is to his feet, grabbing Steve by the hair and pulling him up to his feet. He pulls him toward the steps and goes to send him face first into the steel, but Steve blocks, sending a elbow into Mikeās midsection, then slamming his face into the steps, sending him stumbling up the ramp as the referee goes for the three in his count. Steve follows Mike up the ramp, clubbing him in the back with a shot that sends him stumbling some more as the two head up to the stage.}Vasco: Where are they going?
Terri: The hell if I know.
{Steve grabs Mike by the head and bounces him off of a piece of the staging area. The refereeās count now up to six. Steve hears this and starts to head back for the ring. He gets about half way down as Mike comes charging from behind with a clubbing blow to the back of the head that sends Steve and himself tumbling down the remainder of the ramp as the referee reaches eight. Both men are to their feet, but rather than get back in the ring, they continue slugging it out as the referee reaches nine!}Terri: These two should be careful hereā¦.the referee is already at nine.
Vasco: I think they want to beat each other up.
{The two continue to slug it out as the referee counts ten, calling for the bell as the crowd boo.}Alison Valance: Ladies and gentlemen, the result of this match is a double count out!
{Both Steve and Mike look over at the official before making their way to the ring, arguing with the man who counted them out before getting in each otherās face.}Mike: THIS IS YOUR FAULT!
Steve: Me!? THIS IS ON YOU!
{Steve shoves Mike, backing him up a few steps. Mike doesnāt take kindly to this and shoves Steve right back. Then Steve unloads a right hand on Mike who retaliates and the two men come to a fist of fury type battle, throwing right hands with reckless abandon.}Terri: Things are breaking down here!
Vasco: LET THEM KILL EACH OTHER!
{A group of referees and security come flying down to the ring, sliding in and getting between the two men who are being pushed back into opposite corners. Steve starts fighting them off before lunging across the ring into Mikeās corner, taking out a slew of men, the two getting their hands on one another again, throwing lefts and rights before being separated. They start fighting off the security again, and this time itās Mike flying into Steve!}Terri: This is total mayhem here!
Vasco: And these idiot security guards are getting in the way!
{Steve gets taken down by the men as Mike is pushed back into a corner. Steve is ushered up the ramp as Mike is held back in the ring. On the stage Steve holds his hands up, and Mike does the same in the ring, realizing they let things get out of hand. As security start to coordinate with each other...both Mike and Steve land Superkicks on a member of each team as the others start to beg them off. Breathing heavy...Mike and Steve lock eyes with a smile as we go to break.}----------------------------------------------------------
IWF SHIELDMAIDEN MATCH
w/ Special Guest Referee - Landon Dalmon
Lizzy Dalmon vs Eternity (c)
----------------------------------------------------------
{āWe Can't Stopā by Trust the Medic begins to play and Lizzy Dalmon makes his way to the ring, her brother Landon, in a referee shirt, following close behind. The fans boo her as she makes her way to the ring. Halfway there she stops and poses so that people can take a picture of her. When she gets to the ring she climbs the steps and enters. Once in the ring she continues to pose for more pictures.}Terri Morasco: Last week Lizzy Dalmon won the first major opportunity in her fledgling career by defeating a former IWF Ruby Champion and former IWF Shieldmaiden, Crystal Millar...
Vasco Dias: The first of many golden opportunities, I assure you Terri. When you're a Dalmon everything comes naturally, including opportunities like tonight...
Terri Morasco: I see you've bought right into everything Lizzy has been saying ever since she arrived in IWF...
{The lights go out completely, before the opening guitar riff causes blue strobe lights to pulse in time with it. A few moments pass before the lyrics to "No Color" by Otep begin, the blue strobe lights provide just enough illumination for us to see the purple coloured smoke slowly gathering to cloud the entranceway.
Eternity emerges from within the cloud of colourful smoke. There is a mixed reaction from the adults, but the children seem to fear the shadowy woman who is wearing a black hat and a veil with her head bowed as she seems to lightly bounce halfway down the ramp.
She stops in the middle of the ramp and takes a bow, taking her veiled black hat off and posing with it in her outstretched arms. She continues her journey down the ramp, skipping and carrying her hat in her right hand. She slides under the bottom rope into the ring and when she reaches the centre, she transitions into a skip, over to the turnbuckle where she hangs her hat on a ringpost, patting it.
She then skips to the middle of the ring and falls to her knees, keeping her head bowed for a moment and her eyes closed. she tilts her head back and slowly opens her eyes to the heavens. This gesture now triggers the lights to slowly be raised back up to normal levels as her music starts also to fade away.} {Fiona stands in the ring, a little nervous, but whether that is because of her opponent, her opportunity or maybe a little of both is unclear. Fiona keeps her eyes on the IWF Diamonds Championship as Eternity unwraps it from around her waist and presents it to Landon Dalmon, with a flirty wink that seems momentarily to unsettle the handsome young man.
Alison Valance steps between the champion and her challenger to make the official introductions.}Alison Valance: Ladies and gentlemen, the following Special Guest Referee contest is scheduled for one fall and is for the IWF SHIELDMAIDEN!
{The crowd erupt into boos as Landon, immediately takes the title over to his sister. She inspects it, admiring her reflection in its shimmering silver. Landon places it on her shoulder and asks her to twirl with it. Lizzy obliges and Landon claps. Eternity claps and offers a wolf whistle that catches both siblings off guard.}Terri Morasco: Isn't this all a little premature? The match hasn't even started and the Dalmons are celebrating as if Lizzy has already won...
Vasco Dias: With her brother as the official in this match, it's only a matter of time Terri. There is no denying Eternity's wrestling pedigree at this point, but Lizzy was smart when she picked this match, because as good as Eternity is, I can't envision a single scenario where Landon will allow her to retain here tonight...
Terri Morasco: I don't agree with you very often Vasco, but you might be right. The deck is well and truly stacked against the reigning and defending Shieldmaiden here tonight. Though you may never be able to tell with her, you have to believe that Eternity is nowhere near 100 percent here tonight, given her brutal war with Helena Sawyer inside the first ever Diamond Dragon's Den at Metamorphosis two weeks ago...
Vasco Dias: I see you're preparing your excuses already Terri, just admit that when you're a Dalmon, nobody else can measure up to you, not even somebody as decorated as Eternity...
{Landon tells her that the title is already hers before walking back to the middle of the ring. He holds up the prestigious Championship for the crowd, as Alison finally completes her introductions for both competitors.}Terri Morasco: That's what it's all about here tonight for these two young ladies, the IWF Shieldmaiden, one of the most coveted positions in all women's wrestling today!
Alison Valance: Introducing first, the challenger, from Beverly Hills, California, LLLIIIZZZYYY DDDAAALLLMMMMOOONNN!
{The crowd boo the challenger.}Terri Morasco: Looks like Lizzy isn't winning over any fans here tonight...
Vasco Dias: She doesn't need to win anybody over to become the Shieldmaiden here tonight. Besides she already has her biggest and most important fan in the most important position in this match, her brother Landon!
Alison Valance: And her opponent, from The Other Side, she is the current reigning and defending IWF SHIELDMAIDEN...EEETTTEEERRRNNNIIITTYYYY!
{The crowd erupt into cheers for the Champion.}Terri Morasco: The crowd have a clear favourite here tonight...
Vasco Dias: They're just jealous that they will never be a Dalmon...
{As soon as Alison has finished her introductions, Landon calls for the bell. The bell rings and Lizzy immediately meets Eternity in the middle of the ring. She gets into Eternity's face, waving a condescending finger and having a few choice words with her.}Terri Morasco: Look at Lizzy! It is a brave woman who decides to get up in Eternity's face like that!
Vasco Dias: Fear is one of the only things you can't afford when you're a Dalmon...
{Eternity just looks confused and pats Lizzy on her pretty blonde head, mirroring her opponent's condescension. This immediately angers Lizzy who responds with a stiff slap across Eternity's face. Now Eternity smiles and gives as good as she gets by slapping Lizzy, before grabbing her by a handful of her hair. Landon is hesitant to admonish Eternity, and so lets it go. Eternity knees Lizzy in the gut, doubling her over. }Terri Morasco: Last Rites!
Vasco Dias: No!
{Eternity immediately tries to hook Lizzy up for the Last Rites, but Lizzy has enough to counter it, backdropping Eternity in the middle of the ring, yelling as she does so. }Lizzy Dalmon: Not that easy!
{Lizzy then poses once more for the crowd, as they boo.}Terri Morasco: Lizzy was impressive to counter the early finishing move attempt there, but this is where her inexperience is starting to show. She should be capitalising...
Vasco Dias: Turn around Lizzy!
{Eternity sits bolt upright, laughing maniacally. She cocks her head towards Landon and whispers "Not that easy..." Eternity then gets back to her feet before backing up a couple of steps and then charging Lizzy with a spear, tackling her to the ground and firing off alternating slaps to the face of her opponent from her mounted position.
Lizzy manages to answer Eternity's rather erratic offence by rolling over her opponent and delivering not slaps, but stiff piston-like right hands to Eternity's face.}Terri Morasco: Uh, shouldn't the referee be checking for closed fists right about now?
Vasco Dias: I don't know what you mean, Terri...
{Landon has backed up, and just leans casually against the ropes letting the two women go at it.
Lizzy is hammering Eternity in the face relentlessly, a little more vicious than we typically are used to seeing from the privileged little starlet, almost as if gripped by a sudden panic and trying to keep her head above water. It is only after Eternity manages to turn the tide and return the favour with shots of her own that Lizzy loses her advantage, another roll and now Eternity is back on top pulling Lizzy's hair as she slams the back of Lizzy's head into the mat no less than times.
One more roll sends both women tumbling under the bottom rope out of the ring and onto the arena floor. With Lizzy back on top, she separates herself from Eternity, choosing to create some distance between herself and her opponent by backing up a few steps and delivering a stiff kick to Eternity's ribs, rolling her over on her stomach. Eternity noticeably winces, winded from the sore spot - a lingering pain from her last match.
Landon finally begins the count, very slowly, giving his sister as much leeway as he possibly can to seize her advantage.
1..............................................................................
2.............................................................................
3.............................................................................
Lizzy then pulls Eternity up to her feet by a handful of her bright pink hair and looks to whip Eternity right into the steel steps, but Eternity has enough presence of mind to counter and whip Lizzy into them instead. Lizzy tumbles over them as Eternity walks over to where Kate is still lying, clutching her left knee. }Terri Morasco: Looks like Lizzy might have tweaked her knee here...
Vasco Dias: It was quite the tumble she just took over those steel steps...
{As Eternity looks to pull Lizzy back to her feet, Lizzy reaches into her knee pad and and pulls out brass knuckles, which she uses to clock Eternity right in the face!}Vasco Dias: Ha! Lizzy was playing possum, she suckered Eternity in and is now going for the kill!
Terri Morasco: No wonder Landon didn't bother to check any of the competitors before the match! This should be a disqualification!
Vasco Dias: The Dalmons know you can't win the Shieldmaiden on a disqualification, so Landon isn't going to make that call!
{Eternity goes down immediately, and seems to be out of it, leaving Lizzy with the unenviable task of trying to heave one hundred and thirty seven pounds of dead weight back in the ring to make the cover. Knowing she cannot do it alone, Lizzy calls on her brother to do it for her.
Landon simply shrugs as he leaves the ring, pulling Eternity up with relative ease. Landon then slowly rolls a still woozy Eternity back under the bottom rope, as Lizzy practically trips over herself, scrambling to get back in the ring and make the cover.}Terri Morasco: What the hell is this?!
Vasco Dias: Brilliant! Absolutely brilliant!
{Lizzy practically falls on top of Eternity in her excitement, as Landon slides in, his hand pounding the mat as fast as he can...1,2...Lizzy is launched half way across the ring as Eternity suddenly springs to life, sitting bolt upright again. Landon can't believe it as Eternity locks eyes with him, blood slowly streaking down the side of her head thanks to the brass knuckles.
Eternity finds her feet again, and goes immediately for Lizzy again, pulling her back to her feet and whipping her across the ring into the corner. Eternity wastes absolutely no time in following up with a running clothesline in the corner. Not satisfied, Eternity gives Lizzy no time to recover and starts stomping Lizzy down in the corner. This forces Landon to intervene, buying his sister the time she needs to get away - out of the ring - to compose herself and regroup.
Eternity screams in Landon's face, before grabbing him by the hair. Landon then gestures to his shirt, reminding Eternity that he is the official. Eternity then stops screaming, and locks eyes with him, before pulling him in close and licking his nose! This infuriates Lizzy who makes it a point to re-enter the ring, spinning Eternity around, grabbing her head and jumping up to plant both knees into her face!}Terri Morasco: PLASTIC SURGERY!
Vasco Dias: THAT'S IT! COVER HER! MAKE YOURSELF EVEN MORE FAMOUS!
Terri Morasco: We could have a new Shieldmaiden here!
{Lizzy, scrambles for the cover, this time hooking the leg. Not hearing a count, Lizzy looks around for her brother, who has busied himself with wiping Eternity's saliva off his handsome face. Landon reaches into his pocket and pulls out a sanitary wipe which he rubs vigorously across the bridge of his his nose.
Lizzy screams for him to get into position and do his job, but as soon as Landon drops to his knees and slaps the mat once, abandoning the wipe, Eternity kicks out emphatically.
Landon looks genuinely sorry as he runs a hand through his hair. Lizzy just looks annoyed, and tells her brother to focus, before dragging Eternity back to her feet. Lizzy whips Eternity into the turnbuckle, determined to run after her and plant a knee or two into her gut, but Eternity walks out of the corner and counters Lizzy's incoming momentum with a beautiful Tilt-a-Whirl Slam.}Terri Morasco: Tilt a whirl!
Vasco Dias: No! No! No!
{Eternity tries for the cover, but Landon just shakes his head, leaning back against the ropes whilst the crowd boo and start chanting "Dalmon Sucks!"
Eternity chuckles and just mouths "Okay, have it your way...Burger King!"}Terri Morasco: If you're a referee, you can't just refuse to acknowledge when the match isn't going the way you want!
Vasco Dias: You can do whatever you want, especially when -
Terri Morasco:...When you're a Dalmon! You've worn me out with that all night, just stop...please!
{Eternity then pulls Lizzy up to her feet and the two start trading blows, the crowd booing every shot Lizzy lands, and cheering every shot that Eternity lands. Lizzy gets the advantage, whipping Eternity across the ring and catching her with a beautiful front flip kick, sending Eternity crashing to the mat.
Lizzy rolls through and back to her feet, taking the time to showboat before turning her attention back to Eternity, whom he readies herself for, just waiting...almost begging Eternity to find her feet again. Eternity is slow and still rather woozy as she stumbles back to her feet.
Lizzy then picks her perfect spot to nail Eternity with one of her signature moves.}Terri Morasco: MIXED DRINKS!
Vasco Dias: THIS is how much the chance to become IWF Shieldmaiden once again means to Lizzy Dalmon! !
{Rather than go for the cover, Lizzy decides to drag and position Eternity near a corner of the ring, before ascending to the top rope, looking to finish her off once and for all with her trademark Trust Fund Flip. Flashbulbs go off around the arena as Lizzy lanches herself from the top rope.
Eternity however has the move well scouted and manages to roll out of the way, sending Lizzy crashing and burning on the canvas below.
The crowd explode into full support for Eternity, chanting her name, inspiring and willing her to persevere through all of the pain she is still feeling...}Terri Morasco: This is why they call it high risk!
Vasco Dias: Surely, if Lizzy had managed to connect, we would have a new Shieldmaiden right now...
{For the moment, both women are down, breathing heavily.
Landon goes over immediately to check on his sister, and then starts to drag her, trying to drape Lizzy's arm over a recuperating Eternity's body, but before he can even start the count, Eternity sits up yet again, cocking her head to the side..}Vasco Dias: Damn it Landon, you've got to be quicker than that, you're letting your sister down here...
Terri Morasco: The Dalmons have tried almost every trick here, but so far nothing seems to be working...
{Eternity pulls a still woozy Lizzy to her feet, and plants her into the mat with a Hammerlock Scoop Slam. With Lizzy down in the centre of the ring, Eternity runs to the ropes.
On the rebound, Eternity jumps and catches Lizzy with her Ligature Mark Leg Drop.}Vasco Dias: Ligature Mark!
Terri Morasco: How much more are these two going to put each other through here tonight?
{Eternity knows enough to not even attempt a cover, instead she finds her feet first and waits for Lizzy. stalking her like the shadow of death itself now. When Lizzy is back on her feetā¦
Eternity scoops Lizzy up for the Y-Incision and hits it, however she makes no effort to try for a cover, choosing instead to zero in on the fallen Lizzy Dalmon's arm. With little resistance, Eternity applies her Dying Wish submission hold. Lizzy screams in pain.
Seeing Lizzy has nowhere to go, her brother Landon starts to panic, before reaching into his pocket and pulling out several hundred dollar bills, trying to bribe Eternity to release the hold he knows has put other Diamonds out of commission, Eternity furiously shakes her head, refusing to be bought or bargained with.
With no other recourse in sight, and to save his stubborn and prideful sister who is doing all she can not to tap out, Landon grabs Lizzy's hand and slaps it to the mat for her, declaring Eternity officially the winner by submission.
Only after Alison officially announces the result, does Eternity finally release the hold and spare Lizzy's arm from being broken.}Alison Valance: Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner by submission and STILL the IWF SHIELDMAIDEN....EEETTTEEERRRRNNNNIIIITTTYYYY!
Terri Morasco: Against all the odds, Eternity has done it! What an incredible match! Both ladies gave it their all here tonight...
Vasco Dias: In the end, Landon was forced to declare Eternity the winner, not as a referee, but rather as a brother doing everything he possibly could to protect his sister from an unstable nutjob like Eternity, who otherwise could very well have ended Lizzy's career without a second thought....

IWF MAN OF STEEL CHAMPIONSHIP
MAN OF STEEL RULES MATCH
By official order of the IWF Board of Directors, Spike Kane must defend the title or be stripped and his IWF Contract terminated immediately.
Andrew Jacobsen vs Spike Kane (c)
----------------------------------------------------------
{The opening riff of "Unbreakable" plays, sending the crowd into a frenzy, and as the drums kick in Andrew Jacobsen comes striding out onto the ramp, Danielle Chase a step behind him. He takes a few steps forward, looking to either side with a wide grin on his face. Andrew looks dead ahead at the ring, cracking his neck, and throws his arms out and head back as a burst of red and green pyro goes off to either side of him. Andrew and Danielle walk down the ramp, Andrew high-fiving fans as he goes, and he pulls himself up onto the apron, looking around at the fans with an infectious grin on his face. He climbs through the second rope and walks to a corner, checking his gloves and talking with Danielle as he waits for the match to start.}Vasco Dias: We are about to witness one HELL of a match!
Terri Morasco: I mean, providing Spike Kane actually shows up, right?
Vasco Dias: If you paid attention to Spikeās words this past week, he is going to be here.
Terri Morasco: And Andrew is going to do whatever it takes to save Spike from his āGod of Steelā dellusion.
Vasco Dias: Many men have tried Terriā¦.but hey, he does have Nighthawk at his side.
{The crowd grow silent as the lights go out, monks chanting can be heard, as the chanting gets louder the stage area starts to fill with smoke. Suddenly, and abruptly as the drums and guitars kick in a pyro explodes around the stage.}āBROTHERS! MY BROTHERS!
Is this all what we are?
SISTERS! MY SISTERS!
Weāve been crushed by the fists of GOD!!!ā
{On the word God another pyro explodes either side of the rampway as Spike Kane appears through the smoke, with the Man of Steel Championship around his waist. He stands with his arms outstretched, fists balled up soaking in the reaction from the crowd. After a few seconds he simply heads right to the ring, rolling under the bottom rope and standing right in the center of the ring, extending his arms once more, before the lights fade to normal and the music fades.}Vasco Dias: HEāS HERE!!!
Terri Morasco: Oh boy, can you here this reaction Vasco? We are in for one insane main event.
{As both men stand opposite each other now, the referee on the outside locks the steel cage, as the ref inside calls for the bell. Spike explodes out of the corner and lunges at Jacobsen before the former Young Gun can even react. The God of Steel clotheslines Jacobsen into the turnbuckle and begins unloading on him with wild strikes, before Andrew falls down back into the turnbuckle. Spike begins to stomp a mudhole into the man who once held the Man of Steel Championship himself, before he pulls himself away and heads towards the middle of the ring, he turns back to face Andrew and charges towards the corner, flipping into a cannonball but Andrew grabs the ropes and desperately pulls himself out of the way!}Vasco Dias: An early flurry from Spike had Andrew startled.
Teri Morasco: But a smart recovery from Jacobsen.
{On the outside of the ring, Nighthawk presses himself up against the cage, shouting words of encouragement to Andrew, who seems a little shellshocked from the outburst from Spike. Kane is feeling a little worse for wear after colliding with the turnbuckle but is slowly getting back to his feet. Andrew turns to ready himself as the figurative bull charges again, as Spike swings, Andrew ducks underneath and all but clotheslines Spike into some kind of slingshot backbreaker taking the champion down hard! Spike arches in pain and Jacobsen moves with a fluidity of a trained professional as he transitions into an STF, trying to lock it in quickly on the current champion!}Terri Morasco: Andrew looking to end this quickly!
Vasco Dias: Not likes this! Not like this!
{As the crowd rises to a crescendo with Andrew almost having the hold locked in, Spike roars out loud grabbing Andrews hand trying to break the hold, pulling Andrew in, before slamming his own head backwards into the face of Andrew Jacobsen colliding with the nose of the Northstar! An audible āpopā sound is heard as Andrew breaks the hold immediately and rolls away holding his face. Spike rolls to the corner and takes several deep breaths, before we hear a huge crowd reaction a Andrew pulls his hand away from his face only to reveal blood gushing from his nose. For the slightest second Spike seems to hesitate, as if he didnāt actually mean to do it, but the look of fire and determination on Andrews face seems to wipe it away as the two meet in the center of the ring and begin to slap each other across the chest with huge, hard, knife edge chops.}Vasco Dias: Holy crap, they are chopping the hell out of each other!
{The two men seem eager to chop each other to oblivion before Andrew sends an overly hard one to Spike knocking him backwards, Spike staggers to the ropes, and on the rebound he lunges for the BLOODY SUNDAY just as Andrew goes for the LIGHTS OUT! BOTH MEN CONNECT!!!! What an amazing sight! Both feet connect to the faces of both men, and they both hit the ground like a sack of potatoes, the referee is standing in the center of the ring, and he isnāt quite sure what to do, but he begins the ten count regardlessā¦...ONE! ā¦.TWO!.......THREE!! ā¦.Nighthawk begins slamming on the cage, trying to will Andrew back to his feet, the blood now soaking the ring as his face lays there.}Terri Morasco: Heās busted open!
Vasco Dias: These two men will do anything to each othere here.
{FOUR! ā¦ā¦.FIVE! ā¦.Both men begin to stirā¦...SIX! ā¦ā¦.SEVEN! ā¦...EIGHT!!! ā¦.it almost doesnāt look like they are going to make it to their feet in time, when Spike springs to life and grabs Jacobsen, locking him in the ALL HOPE IS LOST! He wrenches as hard as he can, the blood pouring from Jacobsenās nose, now covering most of his face and Spikeās forearms too. Andrew reaches out for the ropes, shouting out in agony.}Vasco Dias: He has it! HE HAS IT!
{Nighthawk sprints around the ring, leaning against the cage trying to will Jacobsen to reach the ropes. Spike snarls in Hawks direction and reaches out his foot kicks at the cage where Nighthawks hands are. Andrew shouts in agony, but uses the momentary distraction to completely roll over Spike and grab the ropes. The referee comes over and tells Spike to break the hold, but he doesnāt, he grabs Spikeās arms and starts shouting in his faceā¦.ONE! ā¦.TWO! ā¦.THREE! ā¦.FOUR! ...Spike breaks the hold, with Nighthawk screaming at him to break it.}Terri Morasco: Man, there is no love lost between Nighthawk and Spike is there?
Vasco Dias: Two veterans of the game with very differing opinions, what isnāt there to love about that?
{Spike pushes Andrew off of him, and gets up, the ref shouting at him, before turning to Andrew to explain to him that heās used one of his rope breaks, Hawk stares daggers at Spike, but Spike glares right back at him and mouths āI have til fiveā before diverting his attention back to Andrew.}{As the referee backs away from Jacobsen, he explodes out of the turnbuckle with a snarl on his face, and drops Spike with a nasty looking dropkick to the knee, taking the God of Xtreme down to one knee, he then hits the ropes and comes back with a devastating step up enziguri. He pops back to his feet, his face a now drying crimson mask, looking almost as mad as the man heās going to war with in that cage. He looks out to the crowd, who are on their feet, before turning to face Spike again. He looks down at the knee he dropkicked and smirks, before executing a picture perfect rolling kneebar, causing the twenty year veteran to cry out in pain. He slams the mat with his fists in pain, lunging for Jacobsen in rage, but just canāt connect with any meaningful purchase. Andrew applies pressure, but Spike manages to use his strength to drag himself to the ropes, before the referee comes and tells him to break the hold, Andrew, of course, breaks it right away.}Terri Morasco: See, he does what heās supposed to.
Vasco Dias: Frigginā boy scout.
{Andrew backs away as the referee explains to Spike that he used one of his rope breaks, and Spike just pushes the referee out of the way. Jacobsen shakes his head as Spike snarls at him and the two go at it again. They lock up in the middle of the ring, and Andrew ducks underneath Spike and wrenches his arm, he goes to push him towards the ropes, but Spike spins him around and grabs him by the head and slams him into the cage wall, right in front of Nighthawk! Hawk recoils as Spike grins down at him, while Jacobsen falls to his knees in front of his friend. Spike hits the ropes opposite, as Nighthawk screams at Andrew to move, before Spike comes bolting across the ring and drives his knee into the back of Andrews head sending him face first into the cage again! Spike rolls backwards onto his knees and roars with delight as Jacobsen flops to the floor, Spike demands for the referee to count.}Vasco Dias: Damn that has to hurtā¦
Terri Morasco: How can one human being do that to another, and enjoy it!?
{ONE! ā¦..TWO! ā¦..THREE! ā¦ā¦..FOUR! ā¦...FIVE! ā¦ā¦.SIX! ā¦ā¦.Andrew hasnāt moved a muscle, he looks almost out cold. SEVEN! ā¦..EIGHT! ā¦..NINE! ...TE-WAIT! The referee stops counting! Andrew has reached up and grabbed the ropes! Spike is going ballistic, screaming in the referees face that a ropebreak cannot be used that way, but the ref is waving off the count, saying it can, and it has. Spikeās face is turning beet red as he screams and shouts. Meanwhile, behind him, Andrew is pulling himself to his feet.}Vasco Dias: TURN AROUND SPIKE!!!!
{Andrew grabs Spike from behind, before kicking him in the gut and nailing him with a brutal looking gutwrench back breaker, the crowd pop huge before Andrew grabs the legs of the God of Xtreme and locks in the Sharpshooter!!!}Terri Morasco: Andrew has it! Right in the middle of the ring!
{ANDREW HAS THE SHARPSHOOTER LOCKED IN RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING! Spike cries out in agony as Andrew wrenches the hold, the crowd are on their feet as Andrew seems to be within inches of becoming new champion. Spike scrambles for the ropes, but he canāt reach them. Andrew wrenches harder and Spike clutches at his hair, desperately trying not to tap out. The referee comes down to ask Spike, and Spikeās eyes flash wildly. He grabs the referee who falls backwards, and Spike literally scrambles across the referees using him to get to the ropes, he grabs the rope with both arms and clings to it, screaming ābreak it, make him break it!ā}Terri Morasco: What on earth just happened!?
Vasco Dias: Pure genius Terri, thatās what! Ha ha ha! He couldnāt reach the ropes, so he used the referee! What a legend!
{After the referee manages to pull himself out of the pretzel like scuffle he shakes his head in disbelief, but he does tell Andrew to break the hold, and he does. Andrew backs away and bangs on his own head out of frustration. Spike, however, begins to start climbing the cage! Andrew looks up, confused, he isnāt quite sure what Spike has planned, he stops for a second and shakes his head for gritting his teeth with determination he starts climbing mid way along instead of the turnbucke where Spike is. Both of them make it towards the top and lock eyes, and the crowd are still on their feet.}Vasco Dias: I donāt like where this is going.
{Spike shouts at Andrew to ābring itā and Andrew literally runs along the top of the cage jumping at Spike going for a ridiculous hurricarana, but Spike reacts first and meets Andrew Jacobsen mid-air stepping off the top of the cage and THROWING ANDREW DOWN WITH THE WRATH OF THE BLOOD GOD!!! ANDREW LANDS IN A CRUMPLED HEAP! Spike drops to in a wreck himself, his eyes wide with shock, as he leans into the turnbuckle, while the referee counts, ONE! ā¦.TWO! ā¦.THREE! ā¦...FOUR! ...the crowd are going insane chanting āHOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT!ā ā¦.FIVE! ā¦.SIX! ā¦.SEVEN! ā¦..EIGHT! ā¦..NINE! ā¦.TEN!!! The referee calls for the bell, and the announcer speaks over the mic right away.}Alison Valance: Ladies and gentlemen, your winner and STILL your Man of Steel Champion, Spike Kane!
{Spike doesnāt move as he stares down at Andrew Jacobsen, who hasnāt moved. The outside referee opens the door, and hands the inside referee the Championship, who turns to hand it to Spike, while Nighthawk slides in to check on Andrew Jacobsen, āCrushedā plays over the PA and Spike slowly makes his way out of the cage, but he doesnāt take his eyes off of Andrew, still in shock of what just happened.}
