It should come as no surprise that my sister is easily angered. She can be a bit of a hothead and rightfully so. Our upbringing was one where we got what we wanted, when we wanted it. If there was even the slightest delay you can believe temper tantrums followed. That’s just how it was. If you didn’t get what you wanted, you made a scene until you did. That’s how we were conditioned to act. When daddy has money you are given the world.
Now that we are older, Lizzy doesn’t cry as much. She still gets what she wants but she has different means. My sister is vindictive and evil. She is a monster at times, scarier than any nightmare. When you’ve done her wrong she doesn’t forget it. She’ll make your life a living hell and won’t even bat a fake eyelash over it. I’ve seen it. I’ve felt pity for her victims. But as always, I’ve supported and cared for my sister. I only do what any loving and caring brother would do.
A couple of weeks ago for the first time Lizzy turned on me. She wasn’t happy with how her match with Eternity went. I was blamed for her losing. I just wanted to protect her. I didn’t want her arm broken or ripped out of it’s socket. I did what I did out of love, but I was on the receiving end of one of her verbal thrashings. In the end I realized one thing...she was right.
In the future if she finds herself in the same situation, I’m to do nothing. She would rather die than have me embarrass her again.
What do you do when you find yourself falling short in a big match? In only a month Lizzy Dalmon had a shot at Eternity and the Shieldmaiden championship. It was a spot she deserved and still does. If Landon hadn’t gotten in the way she would be champion. Wouldn’t she be?
Now fully recovered from her injury she has headed to Chicago. This is where she has been told people go when they want proper training. This is where the best wrestlers in the world train. It isn’t that she needs any help. Lizzy is already leaps and bounds better than the rest of the Diamonds roster. It just doesn’t hurt to get a little perspective.
That is why she is at the gym of the second best wrestling trainer in the business. Now the Dalmons aren’t use to second best but apparently when contacted the best wrestling trainer in Chicago wanted nothing to do with her. Go figure.
Lizzy: You’re going to pay for treating me this way…
The beautiful Lizzy Dalmon wipes a small amount of blood from her lip with a smile. She knows that now that she’s said it the old man has nowhere to hide.
Old Man: Boohoo princess. If you wanted to do this the easy way you would have gone to one of those fancy gyms only girls like you can afford. Hell, you could have someone come to you. We don’t do things that way here.
Lizzy pulls herself up to her feet and locks up with a woman who is twice her size. The behemoth smashes a forearm into the chin of Lizzy before tossing her to the mat once again. Outside of the ring Landon glances up but knows he is to do nothing. He goes back to playing on his phone.
Lizzy: I came to you to hone my skills, to make me better. I was giving you the opportunity to have your name tied to mine. Do you realize how big of a gift that is? I could make you somebody!
If you look around the gym you can see it’s a bit rundown, but it’s full. The old man isn’t doing as bad as Lizzy seems to think. He may not have the best of everything but his gym has charm.
Old Man: You’re going to make me somebody? That’s rich!
Lizzy: No! I’m rich!
Lizzy gets back to her feet and this time before they lock up Lizzy hits the bigger woman in the throat. From there she starts going for her eye. Bringing the larger woman to her back Lizzy mounts her and starts connecting with closed fist to her face. As she keeps pounding the woman’s face is covered in blood.
Old Man: Enough!
The old man sees what is happening to his star female wrestler and tries to stop it. A disturbed Landon quickly gets to his feet and enters the ring stopping the man from breaking the women up. As he has the old man in a corner he whispers to him.
Landon: Stop...I’m trying to save you from an even worse fate.
The old man stops fighting. Lizzy stands up leaving the other woman unconscious and bloody on the mat. She looks at her blood covered hands and laughs.
Old Man: I want the two of you out of here! If I ever see you again…
Lizzy: You don’t threaten me!
Landon gathers up Lizzy and they exit the ring. Their hired help grabs their things and they all make for the exit. Once everyone but Landon has left he turns to the old man.
Landon: You brought what’s to come on yourself.
Is this what I get after my brother costs me my match against Eternity? I get put into a match on the beginning of the show? What’s even worse I may be facing the two worst females on the roster. I refuse to call them Diamonds because I know diamonds and these two are not diamonds.
Let’s start with Kate Steele. It wasn't that long ago that we were in a match together. It didn't go well for either of us that night. Obviously it was worse for you since you're the one who was beaten.
The IWF isn't really behind you are they?
It seems like they only wheel you out when they need a body to be punished. It's unfortunate for you that I excel at punishing girls like you. It's something I've had a lot of practice with. For both pleasure and pain.
I've said it before. You're the kind of girl my brother and I wouldn't mind sharing. Perhaps after the match when you need someone to kiss your wounds you'll come find me.
If you prefer a little girl on girl I'd be game for that.
You'd make a great pet Kate.
You're sure no wrestler.
A couple of days later Landon is in the Dalmon suite of a fancy hotel. He is getting a massage and looking for the latest gossip on his phone.
For some reason he decides to check out the world of professional wrestling and something catches his eye. He clicks the link.
Legendary wrestling trainer Carey O. Worth found dead in his Chicago gym.
He reads through the article and immediately feels nervous.
Landon: Oh Lizzy what did you do…
My next opponent is Fiona McFly. Perhaps opponent is too strong of a word. See Fiona is little more than a doormat. She is to be used and stomped on. Someone to wipe the filth on my designer wrestling boots on.
If Kate Steele has no business being in the IWF than Fiona has no business being in wrestling period. This isn't just my opinion. Her history speaks for itself. She has been nothing short of a disappointment and the biggest blemish on the Diamond division as a whole.
How many more opportunities can she be allowed to squander? The fact that she somehow gets the spotlight at all shows how weak the division is. It's a good thing I'm here to make things better.
Fiona you're ugly and you can't wrestler. Why are you even here? Does your has been fiancé actually have enough pull to keep you employed? Even with his documented brain injuries he should know better than to tie himself to a sinking ship.
I'd like to say I'll take pride in beating you Fiona but I'll only be doing what everyone before me has done. It's plain and ordinary and that isn't me. There is nothing redeeming about you. I think I'll do the world a favor and put you out of your misery.
Kate and Fiona if I were you I'd be really worried about the Diamond in the Rough tournament. They're going to be a lot of girls looking to make a name for themselves and earn a spot in the Diamond division.
I know I'm not going anywhere. But don't be surprised if these new girls kick you to the unemployment line.
I'll see you girls soon.
