The Ring?

First things first, I was intending to get this on Sacrifice last week. I didn't have the time to write the segment and so to keep up with things, here it is:

{Going backstage we see Angel sitting behind his desk inside of his office. A laptop is flipped open on the top of the desk as Angel seems to be distracted with what's going on with it --- while sitting there, a knock comes to the door. He lifts his head.}

Angel: Come in.

{The door swings open and Tara is standing there; Jennie is behind her but a gesture from Tara causes Jennie to nod her head... as soon as Tara walks in, Jennie reaches in and pulls the door shut so that the two may talk privately. For the exception of the camera that's with them... it's not quite as private as they would hope for... Angel stands up, surprised that Tara came to visit him.}

Angel: I wasn't expecting you. Can we talk about this?

{He starts to walk around the edge of the desk but Tara brings her right hand up to tell him to stop moving. He stops in his tracks.}

Tara: I didn't come here to talk... I just wanted to give you something.

{Angel looks slightly confused but backs up to his chair as she walks forward... her eyes are locked on him. She bites her bottom lip and shakes her head for a moment but musters the strength to step forward. She brings her hands together and slides the wedding ring from her finger --- placing it directly in front of Angel. His eyes drop and before anything else is said, Tara turns away and walks to the door. She opens the door and leaves the room, leaving Angel in disbelief and torn apart as his eyes just lay on the ring.}
